Between The Lines
Workshop
Saturday 29th August 12pm - 2pm
The rules of Pole just got charged!
Discover a completely different way to move with our Twin Pole workshop, using two closely rigged poles to explore spins, flowing transitions, creative transfers and introductory inversions as you learn to move seamlessly between the two.
Level: High Improvers+
You'll need a solid climb and strong knee hook. Being able to invert is beneficial but not essential, with progressions provided for different abilities.
£45 | 2 hours

CIRQUE Chronicles
Workshop Full Day
Saturday 3rd October 10.30am - 5,30pm
A full day of specialist Pole and Aerial workshops at CIRQUEfit NI, with four workshops in each discipline designed to give you the chance to explore new skills, techniques and styles outside your regular training.
Choose the Pole Series or Aerial Hoop Series and take part in all four workshops for the price of three.
4 workshops for £120
Limited to 8 spaces per series.
