Meet Our Coaching Team

Rochelle
Studio Owner & Head Aerial Coach
Rochelle, the boss, teaches Aerial Hoop, Pole, Chair Dance, Chains and Flexibility, with over 18 years of pole experience and 15 years in aerial.
Her technical, progression-based coaching focuses on breaking down movement, identifying exactly where students are getting stuck and helping them build the strength and technique to progress.
Outside the studio, she’s a cat mum, Halloween obsessive and resident astrology enthusiast.

Danny
Studio Owner & Head Pole Coach
Danny teaches Pole, Trapeze, Hammocks, Hand Balance and Aerial Youth, with 15 years of pole experience and 10 years in aerial.
His coaching combines fun with a technical approach, and he particularly loves breaking down pole flips and seeing students achieve something they thought was impossible.
Outside the studio, Danny enjoys wildlife photography, building drones and 3D printing — and makes absolutely no secret of being a massive Spider-Man fan.

Brooke
Pole Fit & Heels Coach
Brooke teaches Pole Fit and Pole Choreo and has been training pole since 2022, coaching since 2024.
She loves helping students find their own style and confidence through movement, with a personalised approach that recognises that everybody learns differently. Expect plenty of encouragement, individual coaching and a lot of laughs along the way.
Outside the studio, Brooke likes a challenge — from marathon hikes in the Scottish Highlands to swimming in the Arctic Circle!

Rebecca
Pole Fit Coach
Rebecca teaches Intro and Improvers Pole and has been training pole for six years and coaching for three.
Her upbeat, encouraging coaching style is all about building skills and confidence while making sure students leave class feeling accomplished. She particularly loves choreo, spin pole and teaching those moves that make students feel amazing.
When she’s not at the studio, Rebecca works in travel, travels whenever she can and has questionable dancing skills whenever there isn’t a pole nearby!

Barbara
Aerial Hoop Coach
Barbara teaches Aerial Hoop and has seven years of aerial experience and three years of coaching.
With a background in ballet, her coaching is technical and detail-focused, helping students make even simple movements and combinations look clean, smooth and effortless. She particularly loves flows and spinning choreo and, most of all, the students she gets to teach.
By day she manages a digital team in advertising; by night she becomes CIRQUEfit’s crazy spinny unicorn!

Sam
Aerial Hoop Coach
Sam primarily teaches Aerial Hoop, with nine years of aerial experience and five years of coaching.
She loves teaching creative transitions and choreo, particularly when she can surprise students with a new way into a familiar move. Her coaching style is motivating and encouraging — although her students might describe it as “tough love”! She loves the people, banter and inclusive community at CIRQUEfit.
Random fact? Sam is allergic to water. Yes, really.

Bronagh
Aerial Hoop Coach
Bronagh teaches Aerial Hoop and has around eight years of aerial experience and five years of coaching.
Her technical coaching style focuses on helping students understand not just how a move works, but why, making skills easier to understand and remember. She particularly loves low hoop and choreo and seeing students cheer each other on.
Outside the studio, Bronagh is Christmas obsessed — she even has a “12 Moves of Xmas” warm-up!
