Never done anything like this before? That's exactly who these courses are for.
“I'm not strong enough.”
You don't need to be. Building strength is part of the course.
“I'm not flexible.”
You don't need to be flexible to start. We'll work with the body and ability you have now.
“I've never done gymnastics or dance.”
Neither is required. We teach everything you need to know.
“I'm worried everyone else will be better than me.”
Everyone on a Learn To Fly course is starting at beginner level too.
“I'm too nervous to come on my own.”
Lots of our students arrive alone. Small classes and a supportive coaching environment make it much easier to settle in.
You really can start from zero!
There's a reason we teach beginners as a course. You won't be dropped into an established class and expected to keep up.
Your Learn To Fly course starts at the beginning and progresses week by week, giving you time to practise, build strength and develop the foundations you'll need to safely progress.
Your coach gets to know how you learn and can give you individual corrections and progressions throughout the course.
By the end of your 8 weeks, you won't just have tried aerial or pole — you'll have built the foundations to keep progressing.
Why an 8 week course?
Your Learn To Fly class is limited to 8 students, so you're not disappearing into a room full of people.
You'll have your own apparatus rather than sharing and taking turns, giving you more time to practise and allowing your coach to work with you individually throughout the class.
Our structured levels mean there's always somewhere to progress next, while our experienced coaching team focuses on good technique and safe, sustainable progression from the very beginning.
Small Classes. Proper Coaching
What happens after Learn To Fly?
8 weeks is only the beginning! Once you've completed Learn To Fly, you can continue into our structured class levels, building on the skills and strength you've developed and progressing at your own pace.
There's no pressure to reach a particular move by a particular week. Everyone progresses differently — and we'll help you find the right next step for you.
